El viernes 7 de septiembre en el Springfield Symphony Hall, el ex pívot de los Celtics, Dino Radja, se convertirá en el octavo jugador europeo y tercer croata en ser ingresado en la clase Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall Of Fame.
Todos los futuros integrantes del Salón de la Fama tendrán que elegir a un antiguo miembro para presentarlo en la ceremonia y, en el caso de Radja, será otro Celtic, el legendario Larry Bird. Radja jugó durante toda su carrera NBA (1993-1997) en los Celtics y promedió 16.7 puntos y 8.4 rebotes por partido.
Tres años antes de unirse a los Celtics, ganó tres Copas de Europa consecutivas con la Jugoplastika de Split (1989-1991) y también varias medallas con Yugoslavia y Croacia.
