Bonn crushed Ulm and tied the German finals to 1-1

Ratiopharm Ulm eliminated defending champions ALBA Berlin and Bayern Munich, and they began the easycredit BBL finals with a road win against Telekom Baskets Bonn. However, the Basketball Champions League winners retaliated with a 104-75 victory in Game 2, leveling the series at 1-1.

Finn Delaney led the winning side with 25 points, followed by Sebastian Herrera with 17 points, while T.J. Shorts contributed 16 points and nine assists. Jeremy Morgan and Deane Williams each added 13 points.

For Ulm, only Karim Jallow reached double figures, scoring 17 points. Robin Christen, Yago dos Santos, and Fedor Zugic each contributed nine points.

Bonn demonstrated exceptional shooting, going 16 for 35 from beyond the arc, and dominated the rebounding battle with 39 rebounds, 12 more than Ulm. Steals were also a key factor for Tuomas Iisalo’s team, as they recorded 13 steals compared to Ulm’s three.
