The season for the Sixers ended, but for Anadolu Efes things are just starting to get interesting. And at this point Dario Saric is not thinking about the NBA. To be exact, the Sixers will probably have to wait at least until 2016.

As he said to the Greek TV channel OTE TV in an interview recorded at the end of Euroleague’s Top16: “I have a contract with Efes until 2016. That’s what I can say about my situation right now. I will fight for Efes and hope to win some titles”. To be exact in the summer of 2016 his contract with the Turkish club includes an NBA buy out, but he can stay in Istanbul at least for one more season.

After all, despite everything that was written at the start of the season about him and his coach, he explained his admiration for the Dusan Ivkovic: “It’s the first time that I had the chance in my career to play for a big time coach. He is a legend, he is a teacher, he is full of energy. We learn from him every day”.
