Nemanja Nedovic returns to Crvena Zvezda with a three-year deal

Serbian shooting guard Nemanja Nedovic is set to make his return to Crvena Zvezda after 10 years with a three-year deal, the club confirmed Thursday.

Nedovic, 31, has spent the last two seasons with Panathinaikos and averaged  14.3 points, 3.2 assists, and 2.2 rebounds per EuroLeague contest in the 2021-22 campaign.

He began his career with Crvena Zvezda in 2008 and stayed with the club until 2012 before moving to Rytas Vilnius. In 2013, he was selected with the 30th overall pick in the NBA draft by the Phoenix Suns and was later traded to the Golden State Warriors.

Nedovic’s stint with the Warriors ended in 2014, and he returned to Europe with Valencia in 2014-15. His next stop was Unicaja, with which we won the 2017 EuroCup title. Prior to joining Panathinaikos, Nedovic spent two seasons with Olimpia Milano between 2018 and 2020.
