Nikola Milutinov and Alec Peters for the second straight game made the difference for Olympiacos as the Reds got the 71-68 over Maccabi Tel Aviv in the “Neofitos Chandriotis” preparation tournament, which is held in Cyprus.

It wasn’t easy with Maccabi making it a one-point game (67-55) with less than two minutes left, however Peters with a three sealed the deal on the way for 21 points, after scoring 19 points one day earlier against Zalgiris.

The Greeks are still missing Moustapha Fall and Shaquielle McKissic but got Ignas Brazdeikis, with the player himself confirming the move.

Olympiacos led even by 16 points (45-29) in the first half, but Maccabi made a comeback in the last period to make things interesting.

Milutinov added 12 points and eight rebounds for the winning side, while Maccabi got 15 points from James Webb and 10 from Bonzie Colson. Lorenzo Brown dished eight assists but scored only four points and Wade Baldwin scored six.
