The worst case scenario was confirmed for Olympiacos. Nigel Williams-Goss who was injured in the game vs Maccabi will need to stay out of action approximately for one month.

Per club announcement: Nigel Williams-Goss underwent an MRI today (15/11), the results of which showed that he has suffered a contusion at the myotendinous junction of the long head of the biceps femoris in his right leg.

Without Williams-Goss, Olympiacos may be forced up to add one more backcourt player, even if the Greek club is on the market for a long time without pulling the trigger.

Olympiacos is also missing Nikola Milutinov and Shaq McKissic for the upcoming game against Zvezda without a clear timetable about their return, especially on McKissic’s case.
