Baskonia has secured the future of one of its key playmakers, with Kobi Simmons signing a contract extension that will keep him at the club through the 2027-28 season.
The 28-year-old guard, who joined the Vitoria-Gasteiz side in October 2025, has quickly established himself as an important piece of the team. Since arriving, Simmons has made an immediate impact both on the court and with the Baskonia faithful, delivering memorable performances and becoming a fan favorite.
Over the course of 60 appearances in the blue and red jersey, the Georgia native has averaged 11.8 points, 2.8 assists, and a performance index rating of 11.0, consistently contributing on both ends of the floor.
