Olimpia Milano General Manager Christos Stavropoulos confirmed that Alec Peters has signed a multi-year deal with the Italian club and is expected to become one of the team’s key players.

Appearing on COSMOTE TV’s Pick’n’ Roll show, Stavropoulos spoke about the former Olympiacos forward, who recently bid farewell to the Greek powerhouse.

Alec Peters has signed a multi-year contract,” Stavropoulos said. “He will contribute to the team with his experience. We have been following him for many years. He arrives at a mature stage of his career, with great motivation, and his character will bring a lot to the team.

The Armani executive also made it clear that Peters is expected to have a major role in Milan’s plans moving forward.

He will play a leading role at Armani Milano,” Stavropoulos added.

The 31-year-old forward joins the Italian club after a successful stint with Olympiacos, where he established himself as one of the most reliable forwards in the EuroLeague.
