Hapoel Tel Aviv owner Ofer Yannay has once again stirred controversy with a series of social media posts, claiming that Maccabi Tel Aviv’s Oshae Brissett has signed with Partizan while making a serious allegation against arch-rivals.
He firstly claimed that Brissett has committed to continuing his career with the Belgrade outfit.
“Signed with Partizan,” Yannay wrote.
He then addressed Rapyd co-founder and CEO Arik Shtilman, whose company is Maccabi Tel Aviv’s title sponsor, writing:
“What’s nice is that I have better information than you about your own player. By the way, that’s despite Maccabi placing listening equipment in Brissett’s apartment to find out who he was talking to, but I assume you don’t know about that either. Maybe they should start keeping you updated, Arik.”
Yannay did not provide any evidence to support his allegation that Maccabi placed listening equipment in Brissett’s apartment.
