After qualifying first to the playoffs, CSKA Moscow took aim at its next goal, a top-four finish, by shutting down host Maccabi FOX Tel Aviv 73-93 on Thursday. CSKA raised its first-place record to 19-5 and got closer to clinching home-court advantage in the playoffs. Maccabi dropped to 12-12 but still clings to the eighth and final playoffs spot.
