Thomas Walkup signed a two-year deal (1+1) with Zalgiris Kaunas. Walkup (1.93 meters, 25 years old) arrives from German club MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg, where last season he averaged 11.8 points, 5.1 rebounds and 4.5 assists in 39 games.
In his first season in Europe, Walkup led Ludwigsburg in the Basketball Champions League semifinals emerging as the best player of the team. He is a product of Austin State University where he played from 2012 to 2016.
