Maccabi Tel Aviv announced that the club will register Angelo Caloiaro for Turkish Airlines EuroLeague and he will be on the roster for the Round 11 game against ASVEL.
The 30-year-old signed an extension with Maccabi this summer but wasn’t in Ioannis Sfairopoulos’ rotation due to overload at the forward position as the coach himself explained.
However, the situation seems to have changed due to injury woes and Maccabi’s three straight losses, and adding Caloiaro might be what the squad needs to bounce back.
