Brose Bamberg announced that Johan Roijakkers is the team’s new head coach. Roijakkers signed a three-year contract with the German team and is replacing Roel Moors.
“Brose Bamberg is a traditional club with a great arena and great fans. I am happy to be able to work for such a large European club,” Roijakkers said per Bamberg.
Roijakkers previously coached in German with easycreditBBL club Gottingen. The 39-year-old Dutch coach also had stints in the G-League with the Rio Grande Valley Vipers and the Belfius Mons-Hainaut.
