AEK Athens announced a team member has tested positive for COVID-19 after tests were conducted in the team prior to their Tuesday game against Cholet for Round 3 of the Basketball Champions League.
No further details have been disclosed by the team, though it’s the first time since the pre-season preparation that any member of the team tested positive.
