Former NBA guard Jordan Bone to Besiktas

Jordan Bone has penned a contract for the next season with Besiktas Icrypex, the team announced Monday.

Bone, 23, moving overseas will display his talents in the Basketball Champions League. After being selected 57th overall in the 2019 NBA draft, he logged 24 NBA appearances between the Orlando Magic and the Detroit Pistons averaging 2.8 points, 1.2 rebounds, and 1.1 assists per contest. His remaining pro experience stems from the G League.

The former Tennessee point guard joins fellow newcomers, Ege Havsa, Steve Vasturia, Josh Reaves, Dedric Lawson, and Ata Kahraman for the Turkish side.

Besiktas is scheduled to take on Hereda San Pablo Burgos, Rytas, EWE Baskets Oldenburg in Group H of the approaching BCL Regular Season.
