Juventus has announced a deal to bring in Dutch national team player Emmanuel Nzekwesi.

After tracking the former Oral Roberts standout over recent months, the Utena-based club officially added him to the roster on Thursday.

The 29-year-old big joined the Lithuanian squad after a productive 2025–26 stint in Romania with CSM CSU Raiffeisen Oradea. During his time there, he averaged 15.1 points and 6.2 rebounds per game in the FIBA Europe Cup, following one appearance in the Qualification Rounds of the Basketball Champions League.

A veteran of 21 BCL games, the Hague native carries a wealth of continental track record. He completed his NCAA career in 2020 before playing in several competitive European leagues, including stops with ZZ Leiden, Cholet, WKS Slask Wroclaw, and Belfius Mons-Hainaut.

The transaction coincides with an immediate roster shuffle, as the club parted ways with Brandon Huntley-Hatfield upon mutual agreement. The 23-year-old forward-center made his final appearance on Wednesday, tallying eight points and six rebounds in a losing effort against Unicaja in the opening week of the Champions League Regular Season.

At the team coached by Laimonas Eglinskas, Nzekwesi places alongside Laurynas Beliauskas, Sarunas Beniusis, Justas Furmanavicius, Chase Hunter, Tevian Jones, Normantas Jursys, Gintautas Matulis, Jack Pagenkopf, Kenny Pohto, Cameron Reynolds, and injured Paulius Valinskas.

Juventus has been looking for a spark. They currently hold a 2–2 record in Lithuania’s Betsson LKL Regular Season and sit at 0–1 in the BCL ahead of their October 21 road trip to face UnaHotels Reggio Emilia.
