The 2022-23 Basketball Champions League Regular Season comes to an end, and Hapoel Jerusalem played its last game in an emphatic way, getting the blowout 92-69 win on the road against Darussafaka.

Zach Hankins, who had 18 points and 4 rebounds, has now scored 10+ points in each of his last seven BCL games, his best such run in the competition.

The American center was helped by Khadeen Carrington, who had 17 points off the bench, and Levi Randolph, who scored the same amount with 3/5 from the arc.

Darussafaka’s best players didn’t have a strong impact on the game. Gabriel Olaseni, for example, only had 4 points and 6 rebounds in twenty minutes on the court.

Hapoel Jerusalem got the advantage, especially in the second quarter (29-17), and ended the game with more points both from turnovers (24 vs 12) and in the paint (38 vs 20).

Before the game, Sinan Guler was honored with a ceremony. The 39-year-old Turkish veteran decided to retire from basketball.

With this victory, the red-and-black Israeli team sealed the first place in Group E, while Darussafaka was already certain about the third place.
