Thanks to an impressive run in the third quarter (31-15), BAXI Manresa beat Bahcesehir 90-72 in Gameday 4 of the 2022-23 Basketball Champions League Round of 16.

This game was played today, next to the clash between UCAM Murcia and Darussafaka, to avoid overloading both teams after postponing the BCL matches of the Turkish teams due to the earthquake.

Devin Robinson was the highest scorer on the home side with 18 points and 9 rebounds, while Jerrick Harding added 16 points. Martinas Geben had 12 points and 6 rebounds.

Among the players with more than three games played this season in the BCL, Dani Perez is the only one to have made 5+ assists in each of his games. Against the Turkish team, he dished 13 dimes.

On the losing side, the newest Bahcesehir addition Conor Morgan scored 16 points off the bench without Jerry Boutsiele. Jamar Smith added 15 points.

Yigit Arslan, who has scored 12+ points in each of his last five BCL games where he played 20+ minutes, had only 5 points in 16:48 minutes on the court.

In the following 2022-23 Basketball Champions League Round of 16, BAXI Manresa will face once again Bahcesehir in the rescheduled Gameday 3. Last year’s runner-up is now 2-1 in Group J, while the guests stay at the bottom without victories.
