Amine Noua leaves ASVEL and moves to Hapoel Holon

Forward Amine Noua and ASVEL Villeurbanne mutually agreed to part ways as the player signed a contract with Hapoel Holon for the upcoming season, per the club’s announcements.

Noua, 26, averaged 9.0 points and 3.4 rebounds in the 2022-23 French League while posting 6.5 points and 3.0 rebounds in the EuroLeague during his second stint with ASVEL after  2015-2021. He’s been a three-time (2016, 2019, 2021) French League champion and two-time French Cup winner (2019, 2021).

With Hapoel Holon, Noua will play in Israel for the first time in his career and will return to the Basketball Champions League after 2016-17.

Over the 2023 summer, Holon has also signed Justin Smith, Yotam Hanochi and Ahmad Caver, among others.
