The Final Four of the Basketball Champions League will be held in Badalona from May 7th to 9th, and in this city we will find out the name of the new champion of the competition.
AEK Athens, Unicaja, Rytas, and Tenerife are competing for a total prize of 900,000 euros awarded to the champion. This sum will be supplemented by any earnings accumulated throughout the tournament stages or from winning matches.
In Badalona, reportedly, a total of 1.3 million euros in prizes will be allocated starting Friday. The two teams reaching the final will each secure an initial prize of 300,000 euros, with the winner receiving an additional 600,000 euros, bringing their total winnings to 900,000 euros.
The team winning the third-place match will receive 100,000 euros, while the fourth-place finisher will not receive any prize.
In the semifinals of the tournament in Badalona, Rytas will face Tenerife at 18:00 CET, and Unicaja will play against AEK Athens at 21:00 CET.
