Pallacanestro Varese has officially announced the signing of American forward Isaiah Roby on a multi-year contract.
The 203-centimeter forward joins the Italian side after spending the 2024–25 season with ratiopharm Ulm, where he competed in both the Basketball Bundesliga and the EuroCup. In Europe’s second-tier competition, Roby averaged 6.1 points, 3.8 rebounds and 0.8 blocks per game.
Selected by the Dallas Mavericks in the 2019 NBA Draft, Roby made his NBA debut with the Oklahoma City Thunder, where he played more than 150 games.
He later had a stint with the San Antonio Spurs before spending time with the New York Knicks organization and their G League affiliate, the Westchester Knicks.
