Giannis, Kostas, and Thanasis Antetokounmpo became the second trio of brothers to all appear in the same NBA game on Wednesday. The Greek Freak detailed his experience following the away win for the Milwaukee Bucks against the Los Angeles Lakers.

“This moment today is probably my favorite moment in the NBA,” talking virtually to reporters after the match, “You can never have a feeling like this. You win a game at the buzzer, you score 50 or 40 points, that does not matter. Seeing the guys that I grew up with. We were looking at the ceiling imagining if we ever going to make it in the NBA. Being in the same court and mom videotaping the whole thing, it’s priceless.”

“It’s been a long journey for the three of us to be able to be on the same NBA court,” he added, “This was always our dream. To take a moment and realize we accomplished it, it’s amazing. We got to keep getting better and keep working our game. Hopefully, moments like tonight can happen again.”

As expected, the Greek Freak scored a family-high 25 points. Thanasis added eight points for the Bucks including a stepback triple on Kostas.

“Thanasis is just ruthless,” pointed out Giannis, “He had to step back on his little brother. Come on man, how can you do that to your little brother? I had the opportunity to do the same but I didn’t.”

Bucks guard Jrue Holiday alongside Justin and Aaron as the New Orleans Pelicans faced the Indiana Pacers, were the first-ever brother trio to play in the same game in 2019.
