Giannis back on the court as Bucks rout Thunder

Giannis Antetokounmpo logged his first minutes this preseason in the 130-110 win for Milwaukee Bucks over the Oklahoma City Thunder.

He put up eight points, nine rebounds, six assists in 17 minutes while Thanasis had four points, five rebounds, and five assists. Sandro Mamukelashvili scored seven with Georgios Kalaitzakis adding four points.

For Oklahoma, Teo Maledon scored six and Aleksej Pokusevski two points.

Meanwhile, the Chicago Bulls got a close 102-101 win or the Cleveland Cavaliers, led by DeMar DeRozan’s 23 points. Nikola Vucevic had ten points and nine rebounds.

Lauri Markkanen scored 18 points against his former team while Cedi Osman added 11 and Ricky Rubio nine points. Rubio also dished nine assists.

Another close game was seen in the San Antonio Spurs’ 101-100 win against the Orlando Magic. Jakob Poeltl had eight points, nine rebounds for the victors while Franz Wagner scored eight for the opposing side.

The last game of the night didn’t feature Euro action, as the Phoenix Suns dominated the LA Lakers 123-94. Chris Paul led the way with 15 points.

Lakers didn’t count on LeBron James with Anthony Davis scoring 19 and Carmelo Anthony 17 points.
