Okaro White cut by Bulls, to sign in G-League

Former EuroLeague and EuroCup forward Okaro White is expected to be cut by the Chicago Bull shortly after signing a deal with the club, according to multiple reports. He’s reported to be en route to Chicago’s G-League affiliate Windy City Bulls.

White was pursuing a return to NBA, where he previously played 44 games with the Miami Heat and the Washington Wizards from 2017 through 2019. He spent the previous season in Greece with Panathinaikos Athens, averaging 8.4 points and 3.7 rebounds.

Prior to joining Panathinaikos, White had a standout season in EuroCup with Unics Kazan in 2020-21. He had 10.1 points and 5.4 rebounds to help the Russian side reach the Finals of the competition.
