The Los Angeles Lakers are entering a new era without LeBron James, with Luka Doncic as the franchise leader.
There are great expectations from fans and the public for Luka in the upcoming season, and he has decided to send a message to the fans, assuring them that he is 100% ready for the start of the new NBA season.
“I took a real break from basketball the first few weeks after the season ended to rehab my body. My recovery went great and I’m 100% healthy again.
Taking some time away from basketball is something I do at the start of every offseason. It’s a different way to do things, but it works for me. When I let myself miss the game a little bit and try some new things, it only makes me more excited and motivated to get back to playing.”
Doncic has also decided to host the Lakers in Slovenia in August for four days, during which he has planned a large number of activities for the team.
