Pooh Jeter has been hired as the Lakers’ new Director of Pro Scouting

Eugene Pooh Jeter is the new Director of Pro Scouting for the Los Angeles Lakers.

Jeter was hired by new Lakers assistant GM Eric Amsler. Previously, Pooh worked with the Trail Blazers as a Player Development Coach and Assistant GM of the NBA G League’s Rip City Remix.

He had a very long playing career, which he began in Europe with Kyiv back in 2007. He also played for Menorca, Unicaja, Hapoel Jerusalem, Sacramento Kings, Joventut, and spent three to four seasons with the Shandong Lions.

He also played for Limoges, returned to China, played for Dnipro, and was a member of the Ukrainian national team.
