Portland Trail Blazers and guard C.J. McCollum agreed to a 4-year extension, which will earn him the maximum of $106 million as Adrian Wojnarowski reported. There will be no trade kicker or player option in the contract. McCollum averaged 20.8 points, 4.3 assists and 3.2 rebounds per game last season.

After winning the NBA championship, head coach Tyronn Lue has agreed to a 5-year, $35 million contract extension with the Cavs. The agreement was reached on Monday and a formal announcement is expected to be made.

After his promotion to head coach following David Blatt’s firing in January, Lue gambled on himself and decided against signing a shorter, less lucrative deal as Cavaliers’ coach.
