A precautionary MRI conducted Saturday on Sacramento Kings center George Papagiannis at Kaiser Permanente in Sacramento revealed a bruise (hematoma) in the gluteus Maximus muscle. He is expected to make a full recovery, as announced.

The Greek center was striving for a defensive rebound during a recent Summer League game when he fell hard on his left side and was carried off the court with the help of his teammates.
