Serbian center Boban Marjanovic will be sent to the L.A. Clippers as one of the players involved in a trade deal that brings Blake Griffin to the Detroit Pistons, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

The deal also includes Avery Bradley, Tobias Harris, a first-round and a second-round pick, Wojnarowski also reports.

Marjanovic will join fellow Serbian Milos Teodosic in his new team. The two of them were teammates in the Serbian national team back in 2011 but due to various circumstances, they never played together in their country’s squad after that.

After missing in the EuroBasket 2015 (the San Antonio Spurs prohibited him from playing) and 2016 Olympic Games (due to free agency) Boban returned to the national team roster in last year’s EuroBasket tournament, helping a shorthanded Serbia win the silver medal.

Teodosic, who had been present in the 2015 European championship and the Olympics, was forced to skip the EuroBasket 2017 due to injury. Thus a reunion with Marjanovic was postponed.

But the now two Serbian players will share locker room once more, this time at Staples Center.
