Nemanja Bjelica is signing with the Philadelphia 76ers according to Jake Fischer of Sports Illustrated. The Sixers are acquiring the Serbian forward with the room mid-level exception contract and a one-year deal.

Bjelica, 30, had become an unrestricted free agent since the Minnesota Timberwolves withdrew their qualifying offer to him earlier this month.

In the previous season, Bjelica put up 6.8 points and 4.1 rebounds, and 1.3 assists averaging 20 minutes per game in 72 matches. It was the best output for the 2015 EuroLeague MVP during his stint with the Timberwolves and NBA run so far.

By joining the Sixers, Bjelica will become a teammate of fellow former EuroLeague star Dario Saric.
