The New Orleans Pelicans announced that forward Anthony Davis will be out for approximately 1-2 weeks.
Davis sustained a left index finger sprain during the Pelicans’ 112-128 loss to the Portland Trail Blazers Friday (18/1). He had 27 points and seven rebounds in the game.
The Pelicans are currently 21 – 25 and 12th Western Conference. Davis averages 29.3 points, 13.3 rebounds and 2.6 blocks per game this season.
