Luka Doncic pours 24 points in losing effort

The Dallas Mavericks dropped to 28-43 following their loss to the Portland Trail Blazers at the Moda Center on Wednesday. They have only won two of their last sixteen NBA 2018-19 Regular Season games. In this case, Luka Doncic notched 24 points, six assists and five rebounds in 29 minutes.

Injured Maxi Kleber (left wrist) and Kristaps Porzingis (left knee) were out. Dirk Nowitzki scored three points, while fellow European Kostas Antetokounmpo debuted with one point, one rebound and two steals. Following the match, Doncic wrote on Twitter: “Congrats! More points to come soon!” commenting on his teammate first NBA appearance.
