NBA’de Batı Konferansı Play-In turnuvasının ilk mücadelesinde sezonu 7. sırada bitiren Minnesota Timberwolves, 8. sırada bitiren Los Angeles Clippers’ı ağırladı.

Heyecanlı geçen maçta son anları iyi oynayan Wolves, 109-104 galip geldi ve 7. sıraya yerleşti. Wolves’un playoff’taki rakibiyse 2. sıranın sahibi Memphis Grizzlies olacak.

Los Angeles Clippers ise New Orleans Pelicans-San Antonio Spurs karşılaşmasının galibiyle 8. sıra için son bir mücadele verecek.
