Monaco is further bolstering its roster for the upcoming season with the addition of veteran forward Will Thomas, as reported by mozzartsport.com.

Thomas, 35, who also owns a Georgian passport, spent the previous two seasons with Zenit St Petersbourg, posting 9.3 points and 4.9 rebounds in the 2020-21 EuroLeague campaign. He brings in plenty of EuroLeague experience with 144 appearances with Unicaja Malaga, Valencia, and Zenit.

This summer, he signed a contract with UNICS Kazan, though the two sides parted ways earlier in September.

Thomas will follow Alpha Diallo, Donatas Motiejunas, Donta Hall, Leo Westermann, Yakuba Ouattara, Rudy Demahis, Paris Lee, Armel Traore, Jerry Boutsiele, Danilo Andjusic and Brock Motum as the summer additions to the squad coached by Zvezdan Mitrovic.
