Panathinaikos has a deal with Paris Lee for the next two years (1+1), according to Eurohoops’ Aris Barkas.

The signing will be official after the end of the current season. Both sides will have an opt-out clause in the summer of 2023.

Lee has been playing for AS Monaco Basket this campaign, averaging 7.2 points in Euroleague and 11 points in the French championship. Along with the defensive presence, he helped the team reach the Euroleague playoffs for the first time ever and put up a big fight against Olympiacos in a five-game series.

Prior to Monaco, Lee played for Orleans, Brose Bamberg and Telenet Giants Antwerp. He gained European experience and made a name for himself during the three seasons in the Basketball Champions League where he reached the Final Four.

Zakkas George of SDNA reported the deal first.
