Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz announced their medical report concerning the injuries of Lithuanian forward Tadas Sedekerskis and Senegalese center Khalifa Diop.

As declared, Sedekerskis suffered a muscle injury to the back of his right thigh, while Khalifa Diop had a ligament injury in his right wrist.

The Lithuanian forward has already started working with the club’s medical services, and his evolution will determine his return to the dynamic with the team.

However, Diop’s injury is more severe, as the former Gran Canaria player will be forced to undergo surgery in the coming weeks.

The timeline for their potential return to the court is still indefinite.

Sedekerskis is having a great season with the Vitoria team, averaging 9.8 points and 7.2 rebounds for a PIR of 16 in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague. On the other hand, Diop played limited minutes and recorded only 13 appearances, averaging less than 10 minutes of play and 2.8 points with 1.9 rebounds.
