Olympiacos Piraeus had a great start against Montepashci Siena in 2010/11 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague playoffs winning the game 89-41 and breaking a few records along the way.
They won Game 1 by the biggest margin (48 points) in playoffs history and also set the record for most rebounds in a game without overtime, 55 in total. Despite the dominant start, the Greek team failed to advance to the Final Four as Siena completely turned the series around.
