CSKA Moscow decided to use the contract option and part ways with the 25-year-old French guard Leo Westermann, the club announced.
Westermann had injury problems last season and played 30 games overall with CSKA. In the 17 EuroLeague games he played, the point guard averaged 4.6 points and 1.9 assists in 13 minutes of play.
Also, as reported, CSKA and Daniel Hackett have reached an agreement on a two-year deal. He is supposed to arrive in Moscow tomorrow (17/7) for the medical examinations after which the official announcement from the club is expected, according to Eurohoops sources.
