Arel Universitesi Buyukcekmece announced parting ways with Devin Williams who will continue the rest of the season with Buducnost Voli.
The 24-year-old has averaged a double-double of 17.7 points and 11.9 rebounds in 17 Turkish League games leading the competition as the best rebounder.
Buducnost was in search of a ‘Big Man’ after Alen Omic’s move to Olimpia Milano. The recent injury of Goga Bitadze during the ABA League game against Partizan and the regional competition’s transfer rules sped up the process although Bitadze should be ready for the club’s next EuroLeague game.
