Alex Perez might replace Leo Westermann in Zalgiris Kaunas, as reported by Donatas Urbonas.
Per the same report, Perez was very close to signing with Galatasaray, but since Westermann left for Fenerbahce, Zalgiris’ interest in him changed his mind.
26-year-old Perez spent the previous season with Banvit in Basketball Champions League and posted an average of 12.8 points, 5.1 assists and 3.4 rebounds in 16 games.
