Olimpia Milano head coach Ettore Messina issued a statement regarding the status of Mike James on the team, following the signing of guard Shelvin Mack plus an extra guard addition that Milano is planning.

Messina says that he has informed James that there’s “no playing time available for him” in the 2019-2020 season, according to the structure of the roster, and the reasons behind the decision.

Milano General Manager Christos Stavropoulos and Mike James’ representatives are working towards a deal for the club to part ways with the player.
