Four players scored in double figures as Fortitudo Bologna delivered the upset of the week in the Italian League by defeating Olimpia Milano 85 – 80 at home.

Henry Sims posted a double-double of 17 points and 11 rebounds, Kassius Robertson scored 16 points, Pietro Aradori 13 and Manteo Fantinelli 11 for Bologna that improved to 5-4 with this win.

Milano dropped to 4-5. Nemanja Nedovic (23 points), Jeff Brooks (14 points, six rebounds) and Michael Roll (12 points, five rebounds) stood out from the “Red Shoes”.

The hosts were superior enough in the first 25 minutes to get a 21-point lead, 57 – 36, in the mid of the third period. Milano caught up a bit to make it 80 – 74 with a minute left but Bologna retained its lead.

Milos Teodosic’s heroics in the final minutes extended Virtus Bologna’s undefeated streak to 9-0. The Serbian guard dropped 24 points and made key buckets in crunch time as his team beat Trieste on the road.
