It was a long night for Kevin Durant. Apart from Friday’s loss to the Toronto Raptors, he was initially held out, then cleared, and eventually pulled out of the 2020-21 NBA Regular Season contest. Furthermore, the Brooklyn Nets officially list him questionable for Saturday’s away game opposite the Philadelphia 76ers.

Durant, 32, may end up being held out of multiple games as he enters the league’s health and safety protocols, according to ESPN. He had been in contact with someone returning an inconclusive COVID-19 test. He contracted coronavirus last March and missed four games in early January in his first encounter with the health and safety protocols.

The Nets ranked third in the Eastern Conference with a 14-10 record, ruled out Kyrie Irving for tonight due to a right index finger sprain.
