Clint Capela agrees to two-year extension with the Hawks

The Atlanta Hawks center Clint Capela has agreed on a two-year, $46M extension, according to Adrian Wojnarowski. He had two years left on his current deal and now is under contract through 2024-2025.

Capela played 63 games with the Hawks this past season, his first with the team, averaging 15.2 points and 14.3 rebounds. He was, in fact, the NBA rebounding leader. He was posting ten points and 11.2 rebounds over the 18 playoff games.

The 27-year-old Swiss center is set to earn a total of $82M over the next four years of his contract with the team.
