Jimmy Butler underwent successful meniscus surgery on his right knee, as the Minnesota Timberwolves announced. Butler will be out indefinitely and his recovery will depend on the rehabilitation process.
The 28-year old forward left the game in Houston during the third quarter due to the injury he suffered.
Butler has averaged 22.2 points, 5.4 rebounds and 5.0 assists in 56 games.
