Giannis Antetokounmpo ties career-high 44 points in Bucks’ win vs. Cavs

Giannis Antetokounmpo registers a double-double, tying his career high with 44 points along with 14 rebounds in the Milwaukee Bucks’ 114-102 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Giannis is the second player of the Bucks after Kareem Abdul Jabbar who had two 40+ points and 10+ assists games.
