A one-sided affair in La Fonteta as Valencia drove in a 105-74 victory versus La Laguna Tenerife.

Up 2-0, one more win is required to advance to the Finals of the Liga Endesa Playoffs 2025.

A second win in a best-of-five series was fueled by 21-year-old Jean Montero. The ACB Best Young Player for three years in a row finished with a team-high 20 points. Logging 22 minutes, he made 6/12 from the field, including four three-pointers, in addition to four assists and four rebounds.

Matt Costello and Nate Sestina threw in 12 points each, while Joel Soriano combined 11 points with seven rebounds. Stefan Jovic, Ethan Happ, and Amida Brimah were unavailable for the Oranges.

Falling into a 2-0 hole in the Semifinals of the Spanish Playoffs, the visitors featured Bruno Fitipaldo at 22 points. Lluis Costa followed with 19 points. David Kramer was ruled out of Game 2, joining Ibou Badji and Fran Guerra on the sidelines.

The series moves to Santiago Martin for Game 3 on Saturday and, if necessary, Game 4 on Monday. If Txus Vidorreta’s side responds with two wins, Game 5 will be played in Valencia on Wednesday.
