The two biggest Serbian clubs are going to change coaches with Dusko Ivanovic headed to Crvena Zvezda and Muta Nikolic to Partizan.

Ivanovic is expected to leave Khimki, replaced by Giorgos Bartzokas, and for the first time in his career he will work in Serbia, having the challenge to build a new team which will be missing a lot of players of last season’s roster.

With that being said, for the moment Zvezda’s president Nebojsa Covic denied that there are talks with Ivanovic. Still according to Eurohoops sources contacts have been made.

On the other hand, Nikolic has been the coach of Partizan between 1996 and 1998 and has won a championship title with the team.

Of course, the conditions in Partizan are far from ideal, after Nikola Pekovic’s decision to resign from president. In both cases there isn’t a final deal yet, but advanced talks.
