With once again a balanced team effort on offense with five players scoring in double figures, plus some rock-solid defense down the stretch, CSKA Moscow beat Lokomotiv Kuban 81 – 72 to come one win closer from the Finals.

Milos Teodosic led with 20 points, Nando De Colo scored 16, Nikita Kurbanov had 13 while Kyle Hines and Aaron Jackson notched 11 points apiece.

Neither the fiery Ryan Broekhoff and his 24 points (5/9 from beyond arc) season-high nor the all-around efforts of Mardy Collins (16 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists) were enough for Loko that lost track of its pace in the last five minutes.

Coach Itoudis players forced their opponents to only four points in that time-frame and their 73 – 67 lead expanded to 12, 82 – 70 with two minutes remaining, sealing the outcome in their favor.
