Galatasaray‘s GM Omer Yalcinkaya talked to the club’s official television and he didn’t hide the ambitions of the team which are more than high after the return to Euroleague.

As he said: “We were thinking to be part of the playoffs but after we completed the transfers and saw the final squad, we are expecting to play in the Euroleague Final Four this year”.

And there’s only one questionmark in the roster, the situation with Stephane Lasme who is in expected to be punished after failing a drug test. Yalcinkaya’s take on the matter was that the future of Lasme depends on the penalty he will get: “We are expecting Lasme to get a 6 months ban. If he would get a 3 months ban, then we will try to figure a way to work with him. However, if he gets 6 months or more, we will continue to our way without him”
